Tops At Last!

Count 'em! One. Two. Two UFO's have become tops in the last couple of days! Woo Hoo!! 
With only a little over a week left in the 2nd Quarter Finish A-Long, I've waited till the last minute to get my "finishing mojo" on. As usual.
I've been saving this pretty floral by Basic Grey, purchased in Estes Park last summer, for just the right project. I'll have to do some creative piecing to make the backing large enough, but I think it is a perfect combo, don't you!
Don't tell anyone, but I went to JoAnn's yesterday and purchased backing for the Granny Square quilt. I like it....and the 50% off price tag sealed the deal!
Guess what I'm going to be doing this weekend!

But first, have a look at the amazing red sky God gave us last night!

    Ha! I go to joann's occasionally and get some pretty good deals. I hear they're getting in some fine linen, but I forget the name! Your quilt is VERY pretty!
