Give-Away for #50!!

I just passed 50! Did you notice? Probably not....but I did!  Not 50 years, silly (that happened a while back....that's all I'm saying). I meant 50 blog posts....and in my book, that's a reason to celebrate!! So................I thought it might be time for another give-away. Here's what I got, that you might like..........
                                           Some Hope Valley by Denyse Schmidt.


Here's how it will work:  There will be two prizes.  To enter, just be either a follower or a reader and leave a comment telling me so as well as your favorite summer treat.
The give-away will close at midnight on Saturday and I'll draw two names on Sunday.
The first name drawn will get 4 FAT QUARTERS OF HOPE VALLEY.
The second name drawn will win a CHARM PACK OF ALL THE HOPE VALLEY FABRICS.
I've had a lot of fun with this blog since I began in March.  Several of you have become great invisible friends.  I'm looking forward to getting to know more of my quilting buds! Thanks for taking the time to stop by, Oh, and my favorite summer treat.......Breyer's Natural Vanilla ice cream with fresh raspberries on top! Mmmmmm.... What's yours?

    I have so enjoyed keeping up with you and your family!! My favorite treat - watching my granddaughter roast marshmallows for s'mores and then trying to eat them!! They go everywhere and then she gets to go play in the bath tub. She is almost 2. So fun. Of course, I love the s'mores also and giving her the bath.

    you make the most amazing quilts! and my favorite summer treat is either limeade, or ice cream. specifically, breyer's black raspberry chocolate, which many stores don't care to carry, unfortunately.

    i'm a reader/follower - love your quilts! my favourite summer treat is fresh fruit, especially peaches. my grandma made a delicious peach pie with a layer of cream cheese on the bottom crust. mmmmm....

    I just recently found your blog and i get good ideas from your posts! At the moment I am looking into getting blue and white material for a variation of your Anniversary Crosses so i could make a quilt for my mum who is from Finland (finnish flag is blue and white and looks bit like the crosses in the quilt)

    My favorite summer treat is pears from our tree in a flaky pastry flan with marzipane filling served warm with whipped cream...yummm!

    I'm a follower, reader and admirer of your creativity! My favorite summer treat. . .well, really my favorite year round treat. . .would have to be two scoops of ice cream--muddy river and Texas pecan--from the infamous Central Dairy in Jefferson City. If you haven't been there, it's a must when you visit Missouri's capitol city.

    Carla, I think I fall in that invisible friend category. When I first found you, you said that our stories were somewhat similar. I'm a reader and already a follower. I love your blog. Anyway, my favorite summer treat is getting off work on the 4th of July and watching fireworks! And those fat quarters look they would go so well with the repro Civil War fabrics I'm collecting.     My favorite summer treat is apricots. I love them. And peaches when they get ripe, but that isn't usually until October...

    Hmmm...favourite summer treat...soft-serve ice cream. And blueberry pie with the wild blueberries we pick when we're at our cottage. Nothing beats that!!
