On the Twelfth Day of Christmas...

Lolly made for thee...
 twelve...
 blocks...
 for...
 quilting, 



eleven shoes for dancing,
ten dresses darling,
nine patterns perfect,
eight tops terrific, 
seven pants so pretty,
six skirts so stylish,
f-i-v-e little girls,
four flannel nighties,
three turtle necks,
two matching tops,
and an oil-cloth dotty raincoat!

    I am awestruck! There I was proud of myself for making a dress each (i.e. 2!) for my children's favourite toys... And now I find Eleanor has requested knickers for her teddies from Father Christmas (?!) so I'm going to have to manage them somehow (probably using some small children's ones) too!

    That quilt is adorable! I've always loved the pinwheel design. And you're simply a sewing machine demon! The number of outfits you sewed, so beautifully and creatively, is phenomenal. Christmas day will be such fun for you.
